2.1 These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and jk9 with respect to your use of the jk9 platform and all services offered thereon.
2.2 By completing the jk9 registration process, by logging in to an existing jk9 Account, or by accessing any portion of the jk9 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, including any documents incorporated by reference such as the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.
2.3 If you are accepting these Terms & Conditions on behalf of an organisation or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms & Conditions.

3.1 Age Requirement. 3.3 Single Account Policy. Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) jk9 Account only. Opening multiple accounts, whether in the same name, under a different name, or using a different device or email address, constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in the immediate suspension or termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balance held therein.
3.4 Self-Excluded Players. Players who have previously applied for self-exclusion through jk9's Responsible Gaming tools are not eligible to open a new jk9 Account during the active exclusion period. jk9 reserves the right to close and void any Account opened by a self-excluded Player.
4.1 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the jk9 registration process. You agree to promptly update your Account information if any details change. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.
4.2 Identity Verification. jk9 reserves the right to require identity verification documents (including government-issued photo identification) from any Player at any time, including prior to processing withdrawals. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension.
4.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jk9 Account login credentials. You must not disclose your password to any third party. jk9 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials. You must notify jk9 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.
4.4 Account Closure. jk9 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including where jk9 suspects fraudulent activity, violation of these Terms & Conditions, or where required by applicable law or regulation.
5.1 Permitted Methods. jk9 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and major Malaysian bank transfers including Maybank, CIMB, and Public Bank. All transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
5.2 Minimum Amounts. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within your jk9 Account dashboard. These amounts may be updated by jk9 from time to time with reasonable notice.
5.3 Source of Funds. You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your jk9 Account are derived from legitimate sources and that you are the authorised owner of the payment method used. jk9 reserves the right to request evidence of the source of funds at any time.
5.4 Withdrawal Processing. jk9 aims to process all withdrawal requests promptly, typically within minutes for eWallet withdrawals, subject to completed identity verification and compliance checks. jk9 reserves the right to delay processing of withdrawals where verification is pending or where a suspicious activity review is in progress.
5.5 No Interest. jk9 does not pay interest on Player funds held in jk9 Accounts regardless of the duration for which they are held.
5.6 Dormant Accounts. jk9 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to Accounts that have been dormant for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months or more, subject to applicable law. Players will be notified prior to any such deduction.
6.1 All jk9 bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements which will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered. General platform Terms & Conditions apply in addition to any promotion-specific terms.
6.2 jk9 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without notice where jk9 has reason to believe the bonus is being abused or where the Player is in breach of these Terms & Conditions.
6.3 Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash unless a Wagering Requirement has been fully satisfied. Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are not withdrawable until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been met.
6.4 jk9 reserves the right to reclaim any bonus or bonus winnings where it determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, matched betting strategies, or other conduct intended to exploit promotional offers.
7.1 All games available on jk9 are governed by specific game rules which are accessible within each game's interface. By participating in any game, you agree to the applicable game rules.
7.2 All game outcomes on jk9 are determined by certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical outcomes (cards, dice, wheels) operated by trained dealers. jk9 does not manipulate game outcomes.
7.3 In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay, jk9 reserves the right to void affected bets and return the relevant stakes to the Player's Account balance. jk9 will not be held liable for any claimed winnings resulting from a system error or malfunction.
7.4 Participation in all jk9 games involves an element of chance. Past results do not indicate or guarantee future outcomes. You acknowledge that you may lose all funds wagered.

10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the jk9 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You must not copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any jk9 content without the prior written consent of jk9.
11.1 jk9 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
11.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jk9 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the jk9 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
11.3 jk9's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms & Conditions or your use of jk9 shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by you into your jk9 Account in the ninety (90) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude jk9's liability for death or personal injury caused by jk9's negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
12.1 jk9's collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal data is governed by the jk9 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference.
12.2 By using jk9, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy. jk9 may share Player data with regulatory authorities, financial intelligence units, and law enforcement agencies where required by applicable law.
